New Feature: SourceVlog (Video Blogging)

I am pleased to announce that The Source has a new Youtube Channel. This new channel will offer YouTube versions of SourceCast Podcast as well as completely original video content (like the video below).

Like the podcast, video production is a work in progress. I created the YouTube channel to make SourceCast easier to access and available on more platforms. I also wanted to satisfy the creative itch of making video content.

Please check out the channel and let me know your thoughts!

Don’t miss any news!

If you are enjoying the content provided here at the Source and don’t want to miss any posts, sign up for the newsletter!  Every Saturday, a summery of all of the week’s content will arrive via email.

Don’t worry – you can unsubscribe at any time and your data won’t be sold off to some advertiser (The Source is ad free and will remain so unless somebody pays me a boatload of money… so ad free forever!)

Content Scheduling Update

I am making a minor modification to the release schedules of the content on The Source.

Starting this week:

  • Monday: I am moving “SourceCast” releases to Monday starting tomorrow (and fingers crossed I can keep up with the schedule).
  • Wednesday: “News That You Can Use” remains unchanged.
  • Friday: I am moving the “Supplier Report” up from Saturday to Friday.

If I have guest content or special posts (“book reports”), they will be released on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

If you want to make sure you are getting all of the content on the site, you can sign up for the weekly newsletter by clicking here (I wrap up all the content of the week into one email with links).

Welcome new readers

Thanks to Google Analytics, I am noticing a rather large increase in traffic on the site. Most webmasters would be thrilled (and I suppose I am), but I haven’t gone out of my way to publicize this page, so those new people visiting – that do not know me – can you let me know how you found the page and why you visited?

I am just curious.
